To adopt this puppy, or any pet from Calcasieu Parish Animal Control, visit the shelter at 5500 Swift Plant Road.  Adoption hours are from noon to 6PM weekdays.  Adoption fees are $90 for Dogs and $80  for Cats.  Adoption fees include Rabies Shot and Tag, General Health Check, Feline Leukemia Check and Feline AIDS Check for cats, Heartworm Check and Bordetella Shot for dogs, spay or neutering, and microchipping.  For more information,  you can call 439-8879.
